COMMENTARY:
While doing all these early strips I was watching a lot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, since I had just recently discovered the joy that is that show. Watching it every night meant I was always drawing the strips while it was on, so naturally it made me want to ad some action. Also, this is one of my first strips to break my 4 panel mold. I though I would start to draw them as actual comic pages, and less like comic strips. I got that idea from reading Mega Tokyo(which is still one of my favorite web-comics, even though I don’t follow it, I buy the trades Fred puts out through Dark Horse and read them. I’m way to lazy to try and catch up on the sight, though I have read most of them)
I like the addition of the blue in the Ninja that jumps down to get Dylan, gives it kind of a glowing feel.
